The Online Mind Over Addiction Way

You should probably call your doctor if you:
  • Wake-up constantly at night just to smoke.
  • Can't sit through a movie without smoking.
  • Won't take plane rides because you can't smoke.

But otherwise, this website should be a great help to you.

According to the 1988 U.S. Surgeon General's report, about nine out of ten smokers can quit naturally. And out of the nearly 500 smokers I've worked with, few were addicted to nicotine to the degree above.

Yet, every smoker has strong cravings. Why?

Dependence Beyond Nicotine
(Invisible Cravings)

Although nicotine is a factor, cravings to smoke are not always caused by nicotine. Cravings can be emotional.

For example, nail biting is a terrible addiction. Nail biters have strong urges too... but no one is addicted to the chemicals in fingernails, right?

Nicotine is a 2-72 hour problem for most smokers, and is nothing like heroin withdrawal. In fact, many smokers don't even notice nicotine withdrawal.

But emotional dependence, left untreated, can unfortunately cause cravings for a lifetime.

The Mind Over Addiction® Approach

Einstein once said:

You cannot solve a problem from the same
level of consciousness that created it.

It's hard to solve your emotional smoking problem yourself because you have a smoker mindset. So what Einstein is basically telling you is LEARN A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE so you can change your current mindset.

To successfully change your mindset takes three ingrediants. These three elements are the core of my Mind Over Addiction smoking cessation approach:
  • Euducation is needed to remove your fears of quitting and to bust the myths that keep you hooked.

  • Motivation is needed to shift your willpower to work with you (it's working against you when you have a smoker mindset).

  • Activation of your imagination. This is basically using self-suggestion and visualization to use the Top-Down Power of your brain see The Science of Mind Over Addiction.

I can walk you through the entire E -> M -> A process in as little as an hour or you can try to master it yourself. But make sure you do al three steps, because leaving any stone unturned can work against you in the future and make you slip back to smoking.

Quitting with Guidance

Some support groups are known to be effective but few groups truly guide you through the E -> M -> A formula.

If you can afford it, 1-to-1 support is the way to go. The right advanced Hypnosis and NLP professional walks you through whole process (I practice this type of advanced Hypnosis/NLP in my office in Larchmont, NY). Advanced hypnosis/NLP has helped people quit smoking in only one hour.

Online Program

But if you'd like a more economical approach, I've developed an accelerated learning system that guides you through the entire E -> M -> A process in one hour... right online.

The goal is to help you conquer you fears, properly get motivated and visualize your success. When you do these three things properly, you can immediately stop smoking.

Feedback on this program has been astounding and if you're willing to give it a go, I also offer a bunch of great bonuses with the program and a full money-back guarantee.

Do It Yourself

If you can't afford guidance at all, by far the most economical approach is to find the right information. I obviously recommend my book Stop Smoking for the Last Time but I also like Allen Carr's, "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking".

Also, you can follow this Quit Smoking Checklist and give it a go on your own. Whatever you choose to do... good luck in your quest changing your mindset and becoming a non-smoker!
