Natural Methods to Quit Smoking and the Science of Your Brain

Among the countless ways to quit smoking, it really boils down to two key categories:
  • Quitting with Pharmaceuticals or
  • Natural Quitting

Obviously, to quit naturally we need to establish that the brain does have the natural power to override smoking without any help from pharmaceuticals whatsoever.

Simply put, if YOU are convinced of something new, the brain can override old learned reality.
