1-Hour Quit System - Part 1
This video is needed preparation before you do Part 2. Use part 1 of the video system until you feel motivated to quit. Before moving to part 2 you should have three real reasons to quit smoking and understand it's safe and effective to to pick your cold-turkey stop date.

This is made to be used once. Do it when you're ready to quit that moment!
