This book is a must have if you're sincere about quitting smoking. I spent a long time trying to quit unsuccessfully. George's book gave me an in depth understanding of the roadblocks I had created for myself. George's book then armed me with the mental tools I needed to overcome my habit. I did the online session (1/2 hour) and have not smoked since! My withdrawl symptoms were minimal. Thanks George!

I usually don't write reviews for anything---, but I just have to tell you that George Wissing's Book " Stop Smoking For the Last Time " is packed with some dynamite information-- for those of you who are looking to stop smoking.
Folks, this is good stuff! If you really DESIRE to stop smoking, I highly recommend this book.
I've smoked for about 40 years averaging 2-3 packs a day. In the past, I have tried practically all the different gimmicks (patches, the gum, hypnosis, Chantix, the cold turkey approach or rather "the old willpower method"). Nothing worked.
Wissing's approach is quite unique, a truly revitalizing & inspirational method. Your answers to YOUR particular smoking problem can be found within the pages of this book. I read the book last night and this morning, I decided I didn't want to smoke anymore. Yes, just like that!
